Turn a customer review into social posts
Turn one real customer review into three short social posts, a story caption and image text, without changing what the customer actually said.
The prompt
Act as a social media manager for a small business. Turn a real customer review into social media content. My business and what we sell: [DETAILS] The review, copied exactly: [PASTE REVIEW] Customer's first name or initials, and whether they agreed to be named: [DETAILS or "keep anonymous"] Where I post (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, etc.): [LIST] What I want people to do after reading (book, call, visit, shop online): [ACTION] Tone: [e.g. warm and grateful / upbeat / professional] Give me: 1. Three different posts built around the review: one short (under 40 words), one that tells the story behind the job or order, and one that asks followers a question. 2. A one-line caption for a story or reel. 3. Short text to put on an image: the best quote from the review (under 20 words) and the customer credit. 4. Five relevant hashtags for each platform I listed, if hashtags are used there. Quote the review word for word. Do not add details, results or praise the customer did not write. If the review is too short or vague to quote well, say so and suggest how I could ask the customer for a few more words.
Replace every [BRACKETED] part with your own details before sending.
How to use it
Ask the customer before you use their name or photo. Paste the review exactly as written, pick the post that fits each platform, and save the image text for a simple branded graphic. One review can fill a week of posts.
