What they bought: [SERVICE / PACKAGE]
What happens next, in order, with timing: [STEPS]
What I need from them and by when: [e.g. documents, access, a signed form, a deposit]
How and when to reach us: [contact method, hours, expected response time]
Who they will work with: [NAMES AND ROLES]
